Bedekude provides a range of services including commercials ,music videos , documentary , promotional videos , post production and PSA . Our services are tailored to meet the needs of individuals, businesses, and organizations seeking creative solutions in the field of filmmaking , marketing and visual storytelling.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their requirements, preferences, and objectives for each project.
• Clients must obtain all necessary permissions, licenses, and clearances for filming locations, talent, music, and any other copyrighted materials.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to filming and intellectual property rights.

Ownership and Rights

• Bedekude retains ownership of all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, associated with the services provided.
• Clients may be granted limited usage rights for the final deliverables produced by Bedekude, subject to the terms specified in the project agreement.

Confidentiality

• Bedekude respects the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose or share any confidential or proprietary information without prior consent from the client.
• Clients are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials, passwords, and any other sensitive information shared with Bedekude.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms and conditions will be outlined in the project agreement or invoice provided by Bedekude.
• Clients are required to make payments in accordance with the agreed-upon terms to avoid any delays in project delivery or additional fees.

Termination

• Either party may terminate the engagement at any time by providing written notice to the other party.
• In the event of termination, clients may be required to pay for services rendered up to the date of termination, as well as any expenses incurred by Bedekude.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties.
• If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
• Any legal proceedings arising from or relating to these terms and conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of South Africa.

Amendments
